What the platform is built on

Web for the office, native apps on site

Connect runs in the browser for managers and supervisors. The cleaner app is a native build for Android and iOS, made for phones in the field rather than a shrunken web page.

Managed sign-in

Accounts are handled by AWS Cognito with email and password sign-in, and each session carries the companies and role that account is allowed to see.

A workspace per company

Every cleaning company works in its own workspace. A cleaner who works for more than one company holds a single account and switches between them in the app.

An audit trail on every job

Photo evidence per area, a completion checklist, the location the job was finished at and a signature are all captured against the job record.

Connects to Xero

Invoicing links to your Xero account, so the billing side is not a second set of books to keep in step by hand.

Runs on AWS

Both applications are delivered from AWS, with the hosting infrastructure defined in code rather than configured by hand.
