Commercial cleaning is delivered after hours, across sites the office never sees, by people who are rarely at a desk. So the work gets coordinated in whatever is closest to hand: spreadsheets, printed run sheets, group chats and phone calls. It works until the operation grows and then most of the day goes into finding out what happened.
CleanLink Connect was built to close that gap. The scope a manager sets is the task list the cleaner works from. The evidence the cleaner captures is attached to the same job. The completed work is what gets reported on and invoiced. One record, from the quote through to the invoice.
